Delivered as a 2000x2000 .png file with a transparent background, with or without outlining. A simple background (solid color or simple shapes) may be included for no additional cost.

Chibi

Full-body with chibi proportions. Only available as fully lined and shaded. Delivered as a 1000x1000px .png file per chibi. Small details (hearts, small speech bubble, etc.) and a simple background (solid color, shapes) can be added for no additional cost.

Full Illustration with Background

Fully rendered illustration with props, background, etc. Prices will vary significantly depending on the complexity of the design and composition. Exact resolution will vary depending on the image, but the final product will be delivered as a .png file at 300dpi.

Terms of Service

General
  • By commissioning me, you automatically agree to comply with the terms of this agreement. The terms of service may be changed at any time and without notice, for example to comply with new regulations. Make sure to check back regularly.
  • You will be provided a sketch to approve before any further work is done. Only minor changes may be made to the composition after the sketch has been approved.
  • I require at least 3 weeks prior notice for work with due dates.
  • All original artwork produced as part of the commission process is owned by me and protected under international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. I keep all rights to the commissioned artwork.
Payment & Refunds
  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Please provide visual references for your subject matter. Commission requests with only written reference material will be accepted only at my discretion. 
  • All payment is due up front for commissions under $100. For commissions over $100, I will accept 50% up front and 50% prior to delivery of the final product. Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
  • Refunds will only be provided in cases in which the work had not yet been started. No refunds after work has begun on the commission.
Usage Rights
  • Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use of my artwork is prohibited. This includes promotional use for any project not created by Jay Andromeda. For rights relating to commercial use or other projects, please contact me and we will discuss the terms on a case-by-case basis.
  • Reselling the commissioned artwork or creating merchandise with it is prohibited.
  • You may repost the watermarked artwork to your social media accounts, website, etc., provided proper credit is given. Credit must include a link to at least one website or social media page associated with Jay Andromeda. The link must be clearly available and accessible to viewers.
  • It is prohibited to use my artwork for NFTs or any project related to the sale or promotion of any form of cryptocurrency. Under no circumstances will I grant permission to use any of my artwork in the creation, sale, or promotion of any form of cryptocurrency or project related to cryptocurrency.
  • It is prohibited to use the commissioned artwork or any other one of my artworks in the creation of AI art or any project related to the sale or promotion of any form of AI art. Under no circumstances will I grant permission to use any of my artwork in the creation, sale, or promotion of any form of AI art or project related to AI art.
